Chapter 12

The Coming Out Into the World

A silent night, a starry sky,
A beautiful moon goes gliding by;
It makes the mind of the young man
Expand in ecstasy sublime.

When the ship set out to sea, a feeling of joy came over the boy for his life was starting in real earnest. A silent secret he had for the last two years now came to pass and was financed by his own labor; but this did not take his Natural Self from him - it was part of his Creation even though he had created it unconsciously. How soon would he find this principle and be able to use it? He is traveling, and as this Great Book of the Creator begins to talk to him, he will soon find the principle. What a revelation it will be to him!

The first night the ocean was a wonderful sight to him. He sat upon deck with his friend beside him waiting for she knew not what. She felt she would not have to wait in vain. He was sitting quietly and looking up into the Heavens at the stars and the moon gliding over the skies and hearing the swish of the water against the sides of the ship. He sat for a long time, but at last he spoke and as he did she got her pencil and paper ready for she saw by his face he was in touch with the vast Creation.

When he began to talk he said, "I never dreamed such an hour would come to me. The secret of the Heavens seem to reveal, and I am drifting back and back into the past. Yes, even unto the beginning of this Earth in which we live and my Soul-mind tells me the Great Creator did not make any mysteries - only man made mysteries; and if I go on the Path of Wisdom, the Earth will tell me from where it came, from where its waters came, how the waters were divided from the waters, from where vegetation came, from where the beast came, how we can distinguish one species from another and how we should know what flesh to eat and what not to eat.

Yes, it will tell us how the storehouse was filled and how by Evolution it was prepared for the use of man. It will tell us how the mountains were formed and why and the principle of everything will be revealed and how and from where we get our advancement. It will tell us how man came upon the Earth and what portion of man can be destroyed and what part cannot be destroyed. It will show the advancement of man and why some increased in Wisdom in the different parts of the world. It will tell us the truth of the place on the Earth man was intended to fill. It will show the trust the Creator put in man. It will show why every race of people are a different color, and have different sounds of language as we call them today. It will show us the true principle of life. It will tell us how unequality of the people came about. It will show us how the first king was put upon the throne and how it was created a hereditary Kingdom. It will show advancement of man and why man had to advance. It will reveal the one and only part of the Earth's treasures that does not seek the line of least resistance.

Yes, the Book of Creation will reveal all things, if you seek the Path of Wisdom and realize this Path is open for anyone who may desire Wisdom - for what is, and not for what it can give. This night carries me back then brings me forward again step by step in line with the Evolutionary Periods. As I travel, all Creation of this Earth is laid bare before me. How wonderful! You know, some day, I will write a book and the name shall be 'Creation in Truth' for as I hear the Voice I know it is Truth. Why should there be any mysteries in this world of ours; when it has, by time, invention and air waves brought us close together with almost every part of the world? Do you think the people of the world today would accept 'Creation in Truth'?"

"Well, if it is Truth and put in simple mental pictures as you give, why would they not accept it?"

"I don't know; but as I look upon the people they seem to be traveling in some sort of groove or I might say fog. They seem to be going around in Circles and they are content with what they have. It makes me wonder, if I should shed a light on them such as I have, would they take it in the spirit given or would they rebel against me exposing my Light to them so they can see themselves in Truth in the mirror of Life? It would be a great revelation; and to some, it would be a disaster for they accumulate wealth and ease by living in the fog. They extract all the small particles of light so they, the masses, cannot see one step ahead. What a sad picture it is turning to be! Shall I go on, or do you think I should stop?"

"No, go on. Your picture is not a beautiful one; but you must see the principle of darkness as well as light or you could not condemn the darkness. The night is traveling fast; and soon will be morning; since you say you never memorize nor can you forget we better retire for the night and continue tomorrow."

When they came on deck the next morning, our boy did not feel well. The sea was calm and the morning was warm. The fresh air breeze helped him over his sickness. As they sat on the deck, he had nothing to say but looked at the sight before him. The sea was so calm and blue you could not see where the water left off and horizon began. This picture brought his young creative mind into action; but he did not tell the lesson he was getting of why the water was the same color as the sky or why the sky was the same color as the water. Here was a question to be answered. His answer was this: "The color of the sky is the reflection of the water of the sea. The depth of the water and the lack of reflection makes the sea-water appear to be blue."

Another question came forward - Why was this sea so calm? It seemed so lazy, the ship could hardly make a ripple.

The Voice spoke to him thus: "The crust of the Earth is so thin between the outer and the molten heat within; and since oil is the scum produced by the molten heat, the oil penetrates through the stratas and mixes with the water and makes the water so heavy that it takes so much more wind to cause it to roll than it does any other ocean - but when it does get into motion, it is so much heavier than another ocean that it hits any vessel with so much force, it is a dangerous sea in a storm. It is good there are not many wind-storms where this sea lays."

He sees and hears this picture illustrated. He begins to feel a little better in himself and turns and says to his parents, "I have had a wonderful revelation; but it will wait until I feel more like myself. I think today I will sit and rest. You walk around the ship and get acquainted with the people. I see so many of them who want to be friendly with you so do not sit with me all day."

His friend was busy type-writing his conversation of the night before, therefore, stayed in her state-room all morning.

The parents saw he wanted to be alone; so they soon left him with his thoughts and his sea-sickness.

By afternoon, our boy had to go to his room and did not appear on deck again until the fifth morning. All through his sickness, he had not forgotten any of the revelation he had received when last on deck. As he sat alone, the people came toward him and wanted to know if he was better. He wondered how they all knew him for there were many young men on board.

He asked his friend, "Why do the people all come to inquire about my health? Why are they so interested in me?"

"They feel your influence. They missed you the very next day when you did not appear on deck as usual. When you did not come to the dining-room, they began to inquire. You see, you are so much different than the ordinary young man, they feel your superiority."

"I do not feel that way. I feel so small this morning, I wonder if it can be I."

"Yes, I know, it is because you have been seasick, and you are not over it yet; but be not discouraged, you are not the only one on this ship who feels this smallness. There is a mysterious man on the ship who has been sick ever since the ship pulled into the sea; yet, the people are saying all kinds of things about him. He looks different to the other people; and he takes his sea-sickness with a smile. He never leaves his state-room; but his steward told me he thought he would be on deck today. I hope he is for the people are all saying wonderful things about him. He traveled on this ship some time ago; and some of the ship's hands tell of the wonderful things he did. They say it was really a miracle the things he did for people who were sick - not sea-sick - but sick. Also the talks he gave at night to a circle of people."

The parents come and take their chairs beside him.

He smiles and says, "I do believe, I am over my sea-sickness, and, I am thankful."

The morning was beautiful, the climate was warm and the sea was as smooth as glass. It was an ideal sight to see. As he sat in silence, his mind soon began to receive. They were passing a mountainous country; and could see the mountain from the ship clearly. As he was looking at the beauty of the scenery, his father said, "Is not that a beautiful mountain, the one alone from all the rest?"

It was surrounded by the sea. The son said, "Yes, Dad, it is a beautiful mountain; but I see a more wonderful picture. I see the formation of that mountain. Listen, and, as I see, I will tell you. I see the mountain sinking, yes, sinking. It is below the water. I see it taking the place it had years ago. The waters are calm for the mountain is there no more; but as I gaze below the water, I see through the stratas below the ocean. Yes, and as I look, my vision carries me through into the molten heat of the Earth. Yes, it is far below the bottom of the sea; but is coming up through the stratas and throwing an intense heat ahead of it. It is coming nearer. I see the stratas becoming hotter and hotter; then there is a splitting apart of the stratas and the water is rushing into the fire through the cavity. Such a scene! The fire and water are at war, and - what a turmoil! What a whirling seething mass of fire and water! What a commotion! What a noise! What rumbling! How they fight! The fire is swelling, the gasses are multiplying and there is a struggle.

I see something moving, yes, the pressure of the fire, water and gasses are creating a tremendous pressure and that pressure is forcing millions of tons of the solid stratas up - up - yes, here it comes - never stopping - up through the waters of the sea; there it comes above the level of the waters. Is it never going to stop? Can you not see it, Dad? What a beautiful picture! Yes, what a turmoil! It is above the sea to start, what we call, a mountain. I wonder - why the mountain? The Voice says, 'you have seen the formation of the mountain in true mental pictures and you ask - why the mountain? That takes you back to the beginning of the Earth's Creation. The Great Creator saw, as He looked from the beginning to the end, the Principle of Creation. He knew when men came forth they would sail upon the seas for various reasons, therefore, He had a very vital mission for the mountains he formed in the seas. He knew men, in his first stages of sailing across the seas, would not have any power - only the winds to carry them to and fro across the sea. The wind would be their only means of power and they would be at the mercy of the winds and at times would not have power to carry the sailing vessel along.

Their journeys would often be prolonged; and a ship could only carry sufficient water for a certain length of time. Men could not drink the salt water of the seas so He, the Creator, caused the mountain to rise so as man sailed and sometimes were delayed, they could, if they discovered these mountains, steer their ship to the mountain and refresh themselves with the pure water that came from the mountain and once more fill their tanks with water and pass on their way - as soon as the winds permitted.' What a wonderful thought! The Creator sees all things. There was not one step of Evolution He did not see in His Creation, and all for the benefit of His Supreme Creation MAN."

"Yes, but Son, how does this water get to the highest ridge of the mountain? Since it is in the sea, and surrounded by salt water for miles around, how is it purified and cooled?"

He smiles as he says, "The Voice says, 'By the air pressure upon the surface of the ocean and the weight of the water itself, the water is forced through the solid stratas, yes, one strata after another. As it goes through, the salt not being liquid, has to stay below while the pure clear water travels on and up to furnish a part of Creation. When it reaches a point on the mountain, it forces its way out to run in small streams down the mountain sides; and what is not needed of men goes back into its mother, the sea, again.' You see again the Circle of Life illustrated. It is forced from the sea, travels up a hard path, flows out into the sea once more and this goes on and on that it might be ready to serve man. The Circle of Life is wonderful."

A shadow came before them; and as the mother and son looked up, they both seemed to breathe deep with emotion at the same time. The shadow was a man; and as he passed them he looked at them with a smile and said, "Good Morning."

Neither the mother or the boy could answer him for they were seeing the mental picture they had seen so many times - in the flesh once more. As this person walked down the deck, they could not keep their eyes from him. Each knew he would come past them again. As he turned towards them again, the mother said, "Yes, it must be, for no man could look like him. He is a man alone in the world."

Just then the man stops in front of them and with the most wonderful smile says, "We meet again."

The mother says, "Yes."

"I see you followed my instructions. What a wonderful boy you have! What a wonderful mother your boy has!"

The boy said, "Sir, if you ever spoke truth, you spoke truth when you spoke so wonderful of my mother."

"My Dear young Friend, I know when I speak truth; and since your mother is one of us and I see your father here also and your friend indeed - all I can say is, value each one of them at their true worth for you have untold wealth in true friendship. Keep traveling on the Path of Wisdom and life will be a life worthwhile."

"You mean life can become more worthwhile than I have found it as it is today. I have my mother, my father, a true friend and you - who ever you are; you who I have seen so many times in the spirit, heard your voice calling me onward; you who showed me the Path of Life that means so much. Could life be more than this? If it can; and it is possible for me to attain that life, please show me the way."

"Tonight, I will meet you on deck, at 8:00 o'clock. We will have your friend with us. I see they are serving morning tea so I will go."

The steward came up to them, and said, "You must be proud this morning. I see the 'Man of Mystery' was talking to you. He has never been seen to approach anyone before, while traveling."

"I wonder who he is and where he is going," the mother said.

The son - "I do not wonder who he is nor do I care where he is going; but I am longing for night to come. I am wondering what he will say tonight. I know, I will not be able to eat today."

"I am so full of something," his friend says.

He smiles. "I know what you are full of."

She says, "What"?

"Anticipation."

"Yes, you know everything."

"I do not; but I hope to someday."

Then the father says, "This is all a dream to me. Is it possible these things happen in real life? Do not tell me, I fell asleep and this is a dream, yet; it is too wonderful to be true."

"It is so true that I know I will get tired waiting until night comes."

A general conversation prevails.

The boy is silent for he feels he has met a Master-mind; and he is wondering what this man will talk about. Thought after thought comes to him. He smiles and says, "how good it is to be alive!"

Night draws near; and as it does it draws two Master-minds together - the advanced and the youth. How far will the advanced take the youth upon the Path of Wisdom? These are the thoughts of his friend as she, too, dresses for the meeting at 8:00 o'clock.

The two went on deck at the appointed time, and as they walked along, they saw a lone man standing against the rail. He turned to them with "Good Evening", and said, "So here you are."

The young man said, "Yes, I thought this day was never going to end; but here it is, and I am with it. Let us take our seats. It is a beautiful night. We will be comfortable."

As they sat down, he asked the boy, "What do you think of the ocean? Has it told you its story?"

"No, Sir; but I am listening for it to speak. I know its story will be both wonderful and beautiful.

"Yes, but you will find sadness in it also. Everything, in Creation, has its two elements - for and against; even as our lives - only life is so much more real. We see the for and against in others; but we feel them in our own lives. The Path of Wisdom is not smooth by any means; nor is the Path of Wisdom easy. I know, my young friend, you will question this for so far your life has all been sunshine and your Path has been strewn with Roses. You have been loved and cared for ever since you started your journey; but I am here to tell you, you are now on a Path and that Path leads to the masses. You will have to live among them, and as you travel among them, you will realize what these words mean. Before we can reach the highest planes of life; before we can have the Wisdom of Creation; before we can have the Power of the highest gift of the Creator; before we can reach the stage where we can love humanity; before we can be sure we are on the right Path; before we can speak truth and truth only - we have to go through life in all its stages, therefore, we will have to travel on the sea of life.

Storms shall rage and we will have to travel up steep mountains where the sides are slippery and hard to travel. We have to cross deserts where cruel winds will blow and sand storms will overtake us. We may have to go without food and clothing for these are the symbols of the life we have to go through. As we travel on, we are lonesome and feel sometimes we are in want of a friend. Yes, as you travel on your journey through life, many temptations will beset your Path; for soon the people, as they read your books, will demand the name of its author. As soon as you give your name, you will understand the storm of the sea of which I spoke; also the cruelty of the deserts and how often you will be hungry for food of thought. The masses will confiscate so much of your time, they will put you on the point of starvation. You will have many seeking you - not for yourself but because you have become famous. You will be asked to meet great men of Education in every line of thought; and they will talk to you of the things they know. It will be against your truth; but you will have to keep silent and it will be hard to do. You must not let them see how you smile, until they have finished; then speak as the Voice says you have to speak.

Many will seek you, out of curiosity. Some will come with business propositions to turn your Wisdom into a Wheel of Industry; and they will show you great possibilities and try to have you sign contracts to serve certain organizations. They will try to turn your Wisdom into Finance; but I say, listen, but do not falter from the Path you have started. Remember - He Who Creates sees the end of all things Mortal. When Wisdom becomes a financial asset, it becomes the End of the Life of Wisdom. Many will try to tell you they, too, have the Truth and shall invite you to listen to them. The things they tell you will sound, at first, like truth; but as you listen to them, you will find, they are leading you into mysteries. As soon as you see this, be sure to say, 'No, I am not seeking mysteries, I am seeking to have all mysteries revealed.' Do not stay long with them - only long enough to say to them, 'If you have one mystery in your path, you are not on the right path.' My Son of the Light, as you travel on this path, you will find many archways and at the entrance of these archways will be glaring lights as far in as you can see.

Look not upon these lights too long; but look upon the man who is asking you to enter and you will see - instead, of the Light of Life shining from his Soul-mind, you will see no light in his eyes only a deep piercing penetration as if looking beyond the lights and that is shown in his lusterluss far-reaching searching expression of hope; yet not realized. As you turn from him, and look once more ahead of you, you see that small Circle of Light that throws light into the darkness and sends a warmth to meet you. You hear the Silent Voice say to you, 'Straight ahead.' You can, if you want to, look upon the side light; but never lose sight of the light that bids you 'come'. My Son of the Light, keep pressing on for the goal is worth the struggle; and as you pass along the Path of Wisdom you will meet men who have lived in the Light of Truth even as you have lived in the past. Advancement brings memories of the past to you in mental pictures. In time you, too, will know the people of the advanced plane, even as I knew you, when I first saw you. You were a mystery to the world; but to me you were an open book - as I looked through the life you should live. I saw in your mother a light also that told me she, too, is of a higher plane. I am thankful you have such a mother.

Be sure to keep your eyes open, as you journey and, as you see the things that have been a mystery to the many, listen keenly, and the Voice will reveal their mysteries. There are many mysteries, or seemingly, mysteries to the masses; but Creation has no mysteries, as you will see after you have traveled farther towards the Light of Truth. The nearer you get to the Light, the more wonderful it becomes - it shines into every speck of your life possible. It will be as a mirror so you can see your true self at all times. You will have visions, as you travel, and these visions will lead you to understand why there are so many planes for us to reach. You will see life illustrated in every line. When you meet the Great Master-mind, you will say, 'Can I ever be as He?' You will then hear the Voice say, 'There is no limit to the heights you can reach. Travel on and do not falter by the wayside. Many have started; but few have reached the goal that is put before them.' My Son of the Light, I know you will come through; but you will meet many difficulties of which you do not dream. You will see the life of 'want to' is almost past for you. You will see many things of life you will want to partake; and since you are growing into years in the flesh, these things will appeal to you. Do not forget you are in a new Path and this Path is 'do I need to' not 'want to'.

You will have to fight hard to win the victory over your Human Natural Self; but weigh everything that comes before you carefully and say to yourself, 'Is it worthwhile? Will this retard my progress? I am a man in the world of the few, would these few let me do as the masses?' I think your Soul-mind will say, 'no, the sacrifice is too great, keep on the Path of Wisdom.' Now, My Young Friend, I am pleased to have had this night with you. Remember, if, at any time, you need a friend, you can always call upon me - No matter where you are or where I am - distance means nothing to he who has found the principle of Creation and knows consciously how to use it. If you have enjoyed this night as much as I, the enjoyment is mutual. I bid you, 'Good Night, and may you ever keep in line with the Light of Truth.'

As he left, the boy heaves a sigh. He felt he could not expand enough to satisfy himself. He felt so full of an inward peace, an inward joy, a running stream of happiness. His face could be seen in the moonlight; and it shone with a Light of Peace such as it never had shown before. He had met and heard the Great Man of Wisdom talk. To think - he was the man who had appeared to him so many times in his life as he dwelt upon the mountain. He had often seen this man standing beside him with a smile of encouragement; and he seemed to hear him say, "Come, I am with thee. Never falter for your life is real - a reality of which you could not dream."

Life seems to me just an unwinding of something; and as it unwinds, it shows life after life more wonderful. Such a picture! A Never-ending picture! You look forward from day to day, so you might live to improve its beauty. A picture you will never finish; but carry it through the ages from life to life - the new life beginning where the old life left off - an ever-increasing beautiful memory. Life must be eternal for man has so much to see; so much to know; so much to do to reach the place where his Creator saw him - he must live on and on to do this. How wonderful to know there is no ending to such a beautiful Soul! It can, if it will, keep accumulating Wisdom and more Wisdom, Power and more Power, Love and more Love, a greater understanding of the meaning of these words as time goes on. What a Path! What a goal! What a reward awaiting us at every new plane we reach! These thoughts drift through the mind of our young man. Are they not thoughts that would make his very Soul swell with joy and the light of his eyes sparkle with a true natural smile that shows his beauty in the moonlight?

He starts to tell his friend a story of a vision he thought was a dream. Since his friend of Wisdom had told him he would have visions, he remembers this vision that stands before him very vividly: "Long ago, yes, I cannot tell how far back in my life; but I lived as the masses. I was one of them; and the fog of life surrounded me. I felt chilled with its dampness, and was so miserable and discontented with life that I felt like giving up. The thought came to me, 'Can you be such a coward?' With this thought, I felt something arise within me and say, 'No, I am not a coward; but this life does not satisfy me. There must be something somewhere worth the living; and if there is I must find it. The Creator surely did not put man upon the Earth to be as small as I am tonight. I will fight on and win. I know there must be something for which to live, if I can only find it. I have tried everything I know to lift myself out of this useless life I feel I am living. What can I do? I am so discontented with this life.' With these thoughts running through my mind, I felt the presence of someone near me. I turned and there stood a man. He smiled and said, 'You are not satisfied with the life you are living and you wish to see life that is worth living? Follow me, and I will show you the Path that leads to the life worthwhile.'

I did not hesitate for I was ready for anything that would take me out of the fog I had been living. He led me to a path that ascended up the mountain. It was steep and straight and was hard to travel. I had gone a short distance when I began to falter. It was hard to keep going; yet, when I looked up to him, he seemed to make it easy. The thought came, 'If he can so can I.' I then started with a new vigor. When he saw me stop, he did not say a word; but smiled upon me as if to say, 'surely you can be as big a man as I. No man would give up, if he be a man, once he starts to climb.' This made me anxious to show him, although I had lived in the fog, I still had a speck of manhood left. I again doubled my efforts and followed on; but soon found the going was easier. It was the beginning of the Path that was hard to travel. At last, we reached a plane and as I stepped upon it, he smiled and said, 'You have done well. You must be anxious to live, since you have traveled this path as you have. I have led many to it; but few have reached where you now stand. You shall have your reward - Look through those glasses of Creation; and you will behold the most beautiful scenery of the Creator's Creation.

After you have feasted upon the life of beauty, look down upon the dampness and fog you left behind. Then tell me if it is worth the struggle.' I looked down and saw from where I came; and how small an area my vision had been compared to what I could see through the eyes of Creation. I thought: 'I am glad I became discontented and did not give up.' What a wonderful thing it is to meet a friend such as I had found! I feasted upon the beauties of the scenery and drank in the pure air; and was swelling with emotional joy when my friend spoke again and said, 'This is just the first plane above the masses. The mist sometimes reaches this plane; and as they do they bring coldness and dampness with them and envelop those who are content to stay here. Then again they doubt and fear to be alone. In the darkness of the fog, they fall down again into the fog below. Beyond this, there is another plane. Will you want to follow me?' I will; since I have seen this much of the Light and feel it, if there is more light - lead the way, I will follow, no matter how hard the path. To my surprise, the path was not so hard for the light of the first plane seemed to connect with the second plane; and I could see where to put my feet.

I changed both in body and mind. My body was healthier, my mind worked easier and the thoughts that came to me were getting more manly. I looked up the path and there was my friend again - smiling upon me, and as I smiled up to him, he said, 'He who seeks the Light shall find it; then the Light will lead him on. Come, my friend, you are doing well.' As he said these words, I felt something fall from me. I knew I was finding something I had been longing for for years past - and this something that fell from me was the shackles of Circumstances that keep the masses down. I felt free, yes, free and light. I knew I had been born again - this time into a life worthwhile. As I put my feet upon the second plane, the air was so pure, the mountain plane so strong that I felt a sort of vibration go through me. My friend spoke again, 'Now, look through the eyes of Creation and you will see further; you will see more and the picture will be more beautiful - so much more beautiful than the first plane. I looked and drank in this wonderful vast scenery. I felt as if I should say something to express myself; but, try as I would, I could not find words big enough. I sighed; and these words came to me - 'What a creation! What a Creator!'

Can you remember when first I used those words? It was after the vision I, from the second plane, saw Creation and the name Creator was then given to me as the Great Central Power of the Universe. The word Creator means so much; yet, as you let your mind expand and expand and try to realize WHAT or WHO this Creator is - it leads you to a Path without end; a Path that has no material wish; a height without limit; a depth that the mind of man can never fathom. All we can say is, how vast a creation; how great a Creator; then we have said all man is big enough to say - to say more is Idle Words. To try to explain is foolish. To listen to anyone try to explain is - where two fools meet; so I say, and this is as far as I can go - ''I see His Creation; I feel that something that cannot be spoken; I know there is a power He Created that we could use, and that power is man's ability to use Creation to the capacity of his Wisdom; I listen to His Creation and it speaks to me of its own free will and the stories it tells are all Truth. The pictures Creation paints are unsurpassable - even as the sunset in the Heavens, the moon gliding through the sky, the universe studded with the twinkling stars, the hills, the mountains, the rivers, the seas, the ever changing color of the seasons, the many varieties of the shades of the trees and all other pictures painted by TIME and EVOLUTION.

How can man ever be big enough or see a true mental picture that he might paint as nature does?' These thoughts ran through my mind; and I looked upon my friend - he looked so clean, so manly, his eyes shone with a beautiful light and his smile was good to look upon. He said, 'I will leave you here for a while. Look, listen and many things will be shown thee. Some day we will meet again. I hope, by your own strength, you may reach the third plane. The victory will then be great indeed.' I said, since you have shown me the Path this far, I will never turn back. I will go on, no matter what or how hard the Path may be. He said, 'you speak well. I will meet you again.' This vision has come back so strong. I wonder if this man, who talked to us tonight, can be the same friend of my vision? I wonder?' "

She says, "To me, you are all wonder. The more I listen to you, the more you make me wonder if this is real and not just a dream. I know I am on a ship, I can hear and feel the vibration of the engine, I can hear the swish of the water; but you carry me away so far from the Earth that I wonder if I will ever find myself again. I think I, too, have been born again for I am living in an entirely new world; a new vision of real life and I can almost see beyond this life to the life that has to be. What a secret revealed when you know Wisdom is so vast - and we were told by the Creator that we could have Wisdom without limit - that makes it so clear that we must live on and on. Where could there be a man who could amass all this Wisdom in one short life - This Wisdom so vast it has no boundary - the Universe may; but Wisdom, no. What an incentive to live on and on, constantly seeking Wisdom; WISDOM - There is no other word to mean so much and there is only one other word greater - and that is CREATOR. And this Creator is wonderful. Only those who can stand upon the mountain of Wisdom and look with the eyes of Wisdom and have the understanding of the word Wisdom can see the Creator in His greatness and know what He meant when He said as He saw this Earth complete - 'And I looked upon my work, and it was good.' WHEN WILL THIS TIME BE?"

"You surely are advancing," he said, "not in a dream; but into real life. If you go on, you will have to write - not me."

"Do you know the time?"

"Yes, 2 o'clock."

"Do you not think this is enough for one night?"

"Yes, but I do not feel tired, I am happy tonight."

"Then let us go to our rooms and lay down in our happy thoughts - Good Night, my Soul-mind Son."

To meet a friend so big in life
That his Wisdom carries you on;
And makes you swear that if -
Ever man can reach such height;
Then I will be that one.
